Amina Sillah, PhD
Amina Sillah, PhD brings her experience and expertise in higher education, international development, nonprofit management and urban policies to help leaders and passionate entrepreneurs ensure positive impact around the world. Amina has helped nonprofits, local governments and private institutions from a variety of vantage points, including board chairs, CEOs, consultants, founders, incubators, and volunteer managers improve service quality and strengthen institutional capacities through training, education, and strategic planning. Amina is the Co-founder of Krysalis Global Solutions (KGS) a capacity building organization that assist organizations transform into high producing, high impact organizations by focusing on their needs. She currently serves on the board of several nonprofits including Plano Libraries (Plano, Texas), and Jurarim Organization for Youth Excellence -JOYE (Allen, Texas).
