Corey Oser is a social and economic program leader with expertise in educational program design, implementation and assessment with a focus on gender equity and women’s advancement.
She has championed efforts in :

- Small business development
- Social capital
- Mentoring and leadership
during nearly a decade with Women for Women International. Serving in roles including Director of Programs and Country Director, her work advanced economic security, civic participation, and social networks of thousands of women in conflict countries.
Ms. Oser’s experience spans Africa, Asia, Middle East, Europe and the US, including Réseau Siggil Jigeen in Senegal, a network tackling poverty and gender equality; the Japan Ministry of Education; and groups dedicated to US-Japan cooperation and strengthening the Japanese nonprofit sector. Ms. Oser holds a master’s degree in International Affairs and Development from the George Washington University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate with highest honors from Bates College.
